Meridith Lupin loved running around the halls of Hogwarts. Besides it was her home, and Poppy was her favorite person. She would always go there when her mother and father were not there. “Poppy? When will mum and dad come back?” said Meridith “When the gate opens you know it’s them.” whispered Poppy “What if they don’t come back soon?”whimpered Meridith, “They always come back” Poppy said. Then, Meridith huged Poppy and ran off to get ready for bed. When Meridith woke up in the early morning she was very happy to see her parents siping some warm butter beer on the couch. “Mummy!!! Daddy!!! Where were you!?”yelled Meridith. “ we were just on a trip, that’s all.” Lupin said. “But..” before Meredith could finish she was struck with purple light forcing her back. Her last visions was of her mother leaning over her crying and her father dueling with a strange man in a black cape.
