username ─────────────── @FaerieQueen_ a little about me ─────────────── First of all, it's insane that you really think I'm going to tell you a LITTLE about myself. Here, read this essay :D Hey, I'm Olive/Ollie/Livvy/Liv/whatever nickname you make for me I really don't care lmao! I'm an artist, writer, editor, roleplayer, perfectionist, and overall just a really chaotic person who lives by many sayings, like "all or nothing" or "life may be a marathon but the scientific idea of gamification says that you can make it multiple little races just to keep yourself from dying of boredom" or "if you fail, try try maybe one more time. then you can have a complete meltdown and rant to all your friends (and be forced to eat by your parents) before trying one more time and enjoying the shame that washes over you as you realize it's really not that hard and you've been overreacting because you're a lame little weirdo who overcomplicates and makes everything way too in-depth and specific." That's pretty much me. I have a lot of personality and typically I water it down irl but on social media I unleash the beast because the power of deleting comments is on my side I'm also an introvert even though you really wouldn't be able to tell unless you see me irl. I kinda struggle a lot mentally in more areas than one, and I have a major (lack of) confidence problem. Also I consistently burn out around halfway through school because I can't keep up with the expectations I set for myself, but ya know. School's still fun. Most of the time with my gen characters, I build too much of myself in them and get way too attached, and feel really really bad if anything crappy happens to them. I refuse to fix it, though. I like being like this :D kit I'm applying for ─────────────── I'm applying for the little bean that is Soaringkit YIPPEE why I want this kit ─────────────── My previous characters (Ravenlight, Echoshard, and Dreamfall) were all pretty basic (except for Dreamfall) and straight-forward, probably because most of them were fcfs and I didn't spend a lot of time developing them. For Soaring, I was hoping the cOmPeTiTiOn (I say that lightly) would drive me to give them a better, well, everything. Also, they look like a sweetie and that design is just beautiful (help the stripes are destroying my hand /lh) how active I am ─────────────── During the school year, I'm active pretty much all day, except when I'm sleeping which would be about a 9.7 out of 10 (yeah I don't have a great sleep schedule lmao) kit's future gender and pronouns ─────────────── Soaring would go by she/her pronouns for the first several moons of their life, not really caring much at that point. They would eventually give up trying to fit into the "perfect girly girl" mold they made for themselves and push past what is growing to be a useless part of Soaring's identity. During apprenticeship, they realize that they really don't care about gender, coming out as agender and going by they/them and ze/zir pronouns. kit's personality ─────────────── (+) Confident, Analytical, Empathetic, Resilient (=) Sarcastic, Curious, Overthinker, Ambitious (-) Manipulative, Asocial, Untrusting, Blunt Soaring is like a die with many sides. Upon first meeting them, ze only shows the version of themselves that is very reluctant to trust anyone and constantly on guard, obviously displaying confidence and superiority with a head held high. They prefer to be alone, finding peace in silence and solitude. Getting to know them, they are empathetic and aware of others. Soaring is kind and understanding to those who earn zir trust. They are also fairly strong-minded and is resilient enough to bounce back from most setbacks and misfortunes. Ze is also determined to be the definition of greatness, though that ambition sometimes drives them down a dark path. If you get on zir bad side, it's incredibly hard to get out of it. Soaring will go to extreme measures to get what they want, using manipulation and well-placed compliments or threats. They know they have a powerful place in society because of their father, and likes to use that to zir advantage. Soaring is a victim of overthinking, constantly feeling the need to question absolutely everything, as a protective mechanism. They simply want to feel prepared for all outcomes. Ze is also analytic, feeling more compelled to drawing reasonable conclusions, and wanting to know everything, which results in zir sticking zir nose in where it might not belong. On top of this, ze is also occasionally anxious, which is spiked when they get overstimulated. They have a dark and sarcastic sense of humor. disabilites/disorders ─────────────── ADHD yeah I'm also iNfLiCtEd by this goofy ahh disorder :thumbs: continued below
