My Walk With The Lord Recently! <3

*deep breath* ——————— LONG PARAGRAPH WARNING ——————— *deep breath* Ok! Hello! So, I haven’t been posting that much! So, sorry about that. But part of the reason is because I have been trying to be more productive, and come closer to the Redeemer. And part of that productivity means not being on screens as much. But now, here I am, with a life dump!!! So, the 1st thing I want to talk about is LAZINESS. Laziness is a TRAP!!!! I hate it!! It is evil! Here’s my testimony: So, I was watching a lot of these like, Holy Girl vids, and how to be productive vids. And I was actually doing well! Until. I started falling into laziness. And here’s the difference between laziness, and rest. Laziness is: when you have things you know you need to do, but you continue to waste your day/s. It is the arrogant assumption that God will give you more time to do. Rest: when you have been very busy, and have done a lot recently, and you may feel overwhelmed, so you take SOME time to relax, unwind, rest. So I realized I was slipping into laziness. I was so aware that I was lazy, that even when I thought “oh, I should read the Bible” I next, would say “It, can wait. I canna scroll just a little longer.” Or “no, I can’t to my daily chore. I just don’t wanna” or “ oh, I’ll do it another time.” I HAD FULL KNOWLEDGE THAT I WAS BEING LAZY AND SINNING. but yet, I still chose sin. I even watched those productivity vids, so much! But I never actually did why those vids said. Until. I say this one video. By Braxton Mecham. Called (ep.14) overcoming laziness with Jesus. This video gave me such a closer look at what I was truly dealing with!!!! I recommend you watch it! But this video gave me a vision, that what I was dealing with was arrogant, and evil. So after I watched that, I said to my self “I’m going to read my Bible.” And I did! I grabbed my Bible, and I walked onto my porch, and I read. I read from the Word of Life. And it refilled me! But what I learned from that, is that laziness can trap you. Laziness will lead you away farther, and farther from God. If we are lazy, our relationship with God will fail. And yeah! That’s the jist.
