Hello Maybugs! This was bound to happen, and honestly since a good bit of my friends have started going IA / leaving, I have considered it too. This will probably be long, so I will section this out, yeah? Contents: 001 - Why? 002 - Problems in the S-pop community 003 - Connections (B-pop!!) 004 - Plans for this acc, @Meikoooh ~~~ 001 - Why? So, why am I leaving? Well, semi-leaving. Simple, there are many problems with s-pop, and it is too much for me. I am now, well, a Junior in HS. I am pretty busy, especially with the fact most of my classes this year are core classes TT I have an actual plan for my life, I know what I want to be. While S-pop is a fun hobby, it isn't my life. I do tend to worry at times, "Oh no, I might be holding this group/show/etc back..", but it shouldn't be a worry.. if that makes sense? I still remember when I joined S-pop, it was to join a little singing group with my friends. Fearpink, and man, was I excited. Then we formed Angelz, RIP to that. I started to join groups and survival shows, and not one is truly active as of right now. I don't want to pour in my time and effort to something that ISN'T active.. Fearpink, we are active, but just not here. 002 - Problems in the S-pop community Ok, so this is a big topic, I feel like it isn't spoken of enough. The S-pop community is quite toxic, that is a fact. Sure, I have only been in S-pop for a year, but I can tell it is. You see, in S-pop, we have the "stars".. The people who are in almost every group, friends of most, and automatically scouted out. Then, you have the people who might be new, and maybe just joining to get the experience.. And spoiler alert, some don't get to make it that far. The community is very picky choosey, if you aren't popular, you don't get far. And the thing is, most aren't given a chance to be popular, I feel. There aren't enough advertisements, so it is like, how do you get new people if you don't try? Then we have the big problem, inactivity. This one gets me the most. I get it, life happens.. but if you are busy, should you be adding that much more to your plate? If you aren't going to be on much, at least try to put that out in the open. Many idols might just, vanish, no announcement or anything.. Even Entertainments do this, which has happened MANY times to me. Consistency is key.. try to make a schedule, those can help. I am going to say, I do plan on working with my ent I just formed ( ) .. while I am somewhat leaving the community, this is something I want to attempt. There are many problems I haven't spoken of, but, I don't have the whole day nor unlimited words.. so next part then!! ^^ 003 - Connections!! Ok, so.. I don't know many people in S-pop besides my actual friend circle. Buuuut.. If you want to talk to me regardless, I would be happy to! I also can try and offer tips with singing and all, despite not being the best, I have a few years of honors choir :] My other accs you can reach me at aree.. I mean, there isn't much to do anymore >< I will try to stay with the groups / ents / survival shows I am with right now, but again.. I am busy. So yes, I will be in 's survival show, 's gg LUCID (if we are still doing it.. also, I will do my lines, I promise TT), though I think it is fully IA, and any other groups I might be forgetting. If I forgot about you, just please, remind me. But really, I don't plan on joining anything else here. I will be posting covers!! Not for s-pop purposes, but just fun! This is only like, if I really like one I made on BL.. Also, I will accept collabs, but I prefer no rush for them. ~~ So yeah, I think that is it? Lengthy, I know. It probably didn't make any sense.. Who knows? I might get back into s-pop, but I might not. For now, BL will be my focus, along with life.. and my other accs.
