Use it like a real one. Warning: Loud sounds!
@Jon5432, MS54 and all. This project is for MS54 and LF2021. Title: Loud VF fan! Fast 2009 Orona MRL traction lift at some flats in Stone City... Brand: Orona. Year: 2009. Type: MRL traction. Logic: Arca 2. Capacity: 1200 Kg or 16 Persons. Doors: Orona/Fermator. Fixtures: Arca 2. Voice: Older Orona (male). Speed: 1.6 m/s (1 m/s on single floor trip). Floors: 8 (*1*, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8). Position of the motor: At the top of the lift shaft. Motor: Orona M33? 1.6 m/s MRLG motor. VFD: Control Techniques (Nidec) Unidrive SP. Location: A block of flats in Stone City, ST (State of Scratch). This is the lift at a block of flats which was apparently built in 2005 (As it features 4x Kone KSS hydraulic lifts) but it got extended in 2008-2009 and this Orona MRL has been installed in 2009 along with the extension. This lift goes 1.6 m/s which is a nice speed for 8 floors. Also, this block of flats has 1 apartment owned by me at the top floor (My secondary apartment) and another apartment owned by my friend @Euroliftfan2024 which is also his secondary block of flats and it's also located at floor 8. This lift has a Nidec Unidrive SP VVVF drive (exact same model as the 2006 ThyssenKrupp lift but bigger due to higher speed and bigger capacity) which has a audible fan. But when this lift goes 1.6 m/s, that VF drive fan speeds up to full speed a few seconds after the lift starts moving for some random reason and I find that a bit weird and it's pretty loud when the VFD fan does this! But I do like that sound for some reason! Also, when going down the fan slows down a bit but a few seconds later, it speeds back up to normal speed if this lift goes 1 m/s and if the lift goes1.6 m/s, the fan speeds back up to normal speed a few seconds after the lift started moving, then it immediatly speeds up to full speed! I find that VFD fan behaviour very unusal & interesting! I just hope that the VFD is not overheating as this lift is only 15 years old! Also, this lift does have a proper chassis which is good to see! And I do like the motor sounds too! Also, this lift was built in 2009 but it has the newer M33? MRL gearless motor which has been released in about 2006 instead of the wormdrive motor! Anyways, this lift is really nice overall and just like the new Orona at the Baldi's schoolhouse located near Nottingham and the new Orona at the new retail park in Nottingham, it's also got full intelligent levelling and pre-doors which is really rare for a 2000's Orona Arca 2! It must have some sort of rare shaft encoder thing! Anyways, let's now enjoy this lift which is totally awesome!
