Song: We Didn't Start the Fire by Billy Joel (remix) Aight, here's her story. A scientist, the man you see in the project, needed a break from his overdue rent, and his slow-going discoveries, and decided to take a trip to the Amazon, a place he'd always dreamed of going. So he loaded a plane with his things, and gathered a few eager partners in science to go with him. And then, they were off. When they arrived, they met their tour guide, a large, strong man with a stern face that softened into a smile as they neared and shook his hand. "If I were an animal in those woods, you'd better believe I wouldn't go anywhere near him," the scientist thought to himself. They entered the trees, and trekked for over four hours before it happened. The scientist turned around, hearing something behind him, and saw a rustle in the leaves. He pointed it out, and everyone quickly turned to watch. Anxiously, they looked around them...but heard no more. They kept walking. The sun was now high in the sky, but was mostly blocked by the towering trees, who's leaves cast a protective shadow over the sheltered scientists. Still, the heat was intense, and the moist air didn't help much. One of the side scientists asked for a break, and everyone seemed happy to oblige, except for the tour guide, who didn't seem to mind otherwise. As the scientist sat, his water bottle pulled out and his lungs feeling like water balloons, he heard another rustle. It was coming from right over his shoulder. He slowly swiveled to see what was there...and saw a small, white snout sticking from the branches. Whatever the creature was, it didn't notice him there. He was ecstatic! He'd never seen an albino animal before, as he assumed it must have been, considering it was all white. He knew he had to capture it! But as he moved, the creature tensed up and spun away into the leaves. Not dismayed, the scientist took this opportunity to quickly round up his fellow men of science and search for the creature. Long story short, they found it, and the scientist had the honor of capturing it himself. It was then he noticed it was a whole. new. species. Laughing at his discovery, the man didn't notice when the creature dissapeared from under the net they had around it. When he did, he frantically looked around, then back to the net. There was still a bulge there, and sure enough, when he poked it, the creature reappeared with a squeal. Camoflauge! Amazing! The animal was caged, and they left the Amazon, the scientist grinning like a madman with joy. to be continued.
