TOU = Terms Of Use (For me means the terms of the use/selling or giving of my art) 1. Always credit me when using my art!! 2. Don’t make my username un-tapable when crediting me (ex: putting @.myuser, @ᵐʸᵘˢᵉʳ or not adding an @ at all) 3. Don’t use my art unless you bought it (from me or someone else) or I/someone else gave it to you (if you have a reasonable excuse its’s fine, reasonable excuses are located under rule #9) 4. Do not credit my art as yours 5. Don’t erase my watermark from my art 6. Do not sell my art without permission unless it said otherwise when bought or given to you (even if I am on a break or randomly gone, if I’ve left it depends on what I’ve said before I left) 7. If the art you bought or got from me/someone else came with information do not change any of the information without permission unless stated you could 8. Don’t ever sell or give my art to anyone on the Red list or Black list 9. Do not recolor or edit my art unless stated otherwise when bought/given to you Reasonable excuses. - You’re entering some activity/show and my art is on the thumbnail so it is in your entry project - The owner of some/one of the horses drawn by me allows you to ride them whether it’s just because you’re friends or because you’re leasing 10.
