If this were to be completed, it would've been my biggest project by far. Unfortunately, I found it way too boring and tedious to make. It was even announced when I started working on it, and tons of people submitted themselves and their own original characters to be in the game! this was to be a Scratch moderation-themed parody of "Papers, Please" or those purgatory-themed games where you decide who goes where. y'know, those kinds of games. This game would make a little bit of fun of the "purgatory" take on this niche genre, because I disagree with the concept of purgatory and it's all completely contradictory to Christianity and has nothing to do with the Bible. My original idea was that you would be judged for breaking real, weird laws but I found that those are too few, too, specific and too wordy to base everything on so I just based the bad stuff mostly on harmless, Scratch-related things. Point is, the bad things weren't very bad and the good things were very small.
