Rules for the Workers: ♡ BE PATIENT; respond calmly to your customer, and answer patiently if they have a problem with the order ♡ COMMIT TO UR WORK; don't abandon your work when you're supposed to take the order. There's no shame in telling ur customer that it's gonna take a little longer to complete the order than anticipated if ur off schedule. U can even ask another worker if they could take the order instead! I understand, we all have a life outside of Scratch :) ♡ BE ACTIVE; if u think that for a certian amount of time, ur not gonna be able to take orders, then don't hesitate, tell me right away, and i will set u as closed. if u can take orders, tho, pls be as active as possible in this shop! ♡ BE FRIENDLY; act kindly with everyone, including the grumpiest of ppl! everyone needs a little love! don't start a fight, either, this isn't the aestheic comm. if a fight is starting here, pls tell my right away in my chatroom, so i get a notification from u saying what's going on. ♡ ADD ONLY UR ORDER FOLDER; this keeps the shop look nice and clean. if u don't have one, pls do make one right away!
