Mm-hmm... Just figured it out on my own recently. Somehow, I've finally gotten to that point and I hate it. And yes, this is me, @poodle700 speaking here.
Credit to Scratch, me for the pic, and Young the Giant for their song "Cough Syrup" (it's actually pretty good) I looked up what causes depression and the number one reasons are either traumatizing events or high anxiety. Lately, I've been having so much anxiety that it's gotten to that point where I feel like crying every day. Again. Not good. Not good at all. Before I go too deep with this, I'm just gonna give you guys a heads up that I might be getting off Scratch again in a little while to see if I can get my serotonin levels up, among other things. (Tiny biology note: serotonin is a good chemical in your brain that regulates your mood, and low levels of it are often linked to depression and anxiety, so I'm pretty desperate to go on hiatus (take a break) again to improve my current condition. To those of you who are currently depressed right now, I'm sorry for you and I truly hope you improve. No matter where you are right now, don't give up. Though we're never promised tomorrow, there's a lot left to live for.)
