Applications are NOT first come first serve. • There may be no more than 20 kits at a time. • In order to start expecting a biological litter, you must be at least 16 moons, and no greater than 90 moons. In order to adopt kits, you must be at least 18 moons. • Surrogacy is typically reserved for couples who are unable to have biological children, whether it be because of infertility, sexuality, or just general preference. Cats who do not have a partner will still be allowed to ask for surrogacy, but must have good reasoning. • Surrogacy may not be with an NPC unless it is for a couple that cannot have kits. If you feel that you need an NPC surrogate regardless, let me know and provide reasoning why. • If you would need a surrogate, please make sure you have someone willing before applying! • Amount of kits will be rolled for, whether biological or adopted. • Your character must have existed for at least two weeks before you're able to apply for a litter. • After having a litter, you must wait until its kits are at least 6 moons old before you're eligible to apply for another litter. • While there is no set time limit, please make sure you're making good progress!
