NOTE FOR EMPEROR: this ghost is not yet finished so don't use it yet ok? I just wanted to just show you what I got so far, cause I still need to animate it and add the electricity effects to it. Ghost info: Name: The Bolter Abilities: this ghost is able to send out a giant emp wave disabling any tech including the ghost gun for a few minutes. Description: The Bolter is a ghost that always seems to have a smile on its face but we don't know why a few guesses would be to just creep people out or its just trying to assert dominance among everything else, and its body is running with thousands of volts of electricity making it so if anything were to even touch it that thing would be simultaneously vaporized and every single one of them know that so then they purposely chase anything it sees at extraordinary speeds so if one were to even spot you then good luck surviving, but thankfully they are very rare ghosts to come across but if you are somehow around one you will definitely know because it likes to send out giant waves of electricity randomly instantly alerting anyone in the area to immediately run from the area as fast as you can before you can't...
