Totally not me finishing the drawing on the day of the due date- (this reminds me of when ppl procrastinate studying a test //aka, me//) ermm, I may or may not have tweaked the design a little. (synopsis) --------------------------------------- uh, so originally, it was supposed to be about Willow being a "chosen one", and the stress of having the whole world depend on you. Buuuuuut, that concept escalated into Willow being a sorta deity that is then tormented by a cnlt(err, if u can't tell what it is, just imagine the n is upside down) claiming that they are "the chosen one"....... that escalated fairly quick- Willow gender: non-binary (they/them) species: ermm, not the animal('cause I can't think of one), but they are kind of like a demi-god(not PJO though) Deity of Flora ('cause sayin "nature" is boring) I was thinking of Willow having a lover or friend named Fay whos the deity of flames(most likely friend) Personality: Very energetic and the type of friend to constantly annoy and bother you :333 but when they're asleep, almost nothing can wake them up('cause sayin "nature" is boring) I was thinking of Willow having a lover or friend named Fay whos the deity of flames(most likely friend) Personality: Very energetic and the type of friend to constantly annoy and bother you :333 but when they're asleep, almost nothing can wake them up. Likes: clear windy days, flower fields, bird-of-paradise flowers, lazing around in grass when they're tired Dislikes: forest fires, vegetables(ironically), those cnlt punks >:((((, hot days, cold days, strolls through a forest(they used to enjoy it tho), bitter food loves: their bestie/lover(idk which, lol) Fayyy, touching grass ✨✨✨(unlike me, lol) I changed very little to the design. I changed the horns cause I wanted to draw and draw more dynamic(?) horns and I swapped the placement of the face bandage 'cause I wanted to draw it. I made the fur of the chest a brighter color because it looked kinda weird being the same color from the way I drew the fur. I wanted to make the cnltests in the bg less visible, but I settled with having the "forest shadow". I was originally not gonna put any lighting, but I wanted to shade, so I decided to make it look like light was peeking through the branches. Extra notes 'bout the process (aka me not ranting 'cause scratch deleted half of my rant and I forgot what I was ranting about so I can't rewrite it) --------------------------------------- I originally wanted to try and make an animation on ibisXpaint to the song "pad thai" by Jack Stauber, but it wasn't working out so good........ so I tried using Kleki on my computer instead. my art style on a tablet, traditional, and a computer are very different from each other- tbh, during the whole thing, I kept on asking myself, "How did I draw on a computer in fifth grade". The reason I chose to draw in Kleki was 'cause I knew if I drew in IbispaintX, I would've taken wayyyy to long(and then proceeds to finish the drawing on the day of the due date) Smudge tool and lasso fill brush thingy('cause I have NO idea what it's called, lol) were my saviors I used the smudge tool for a stand in for blur and liquify tool The lasso fill brush thingy, I used for the lighting/shading
