Click the green flag to run, use W or S keys to move, use up or down arrow to move the vertical camera angle (there is no horizontal camera angle because it is partly impossible), use SPACE to jump moving "SLOW MOVE BY" into a higher number reduces lag. If this Jitter bug Bothers you, move "SLOW MOVE BY" to a lower number moving "RESOULTION" into a higher number reduces lag, but less detailed. moving "RESOULTION" into a lower number gives more detail but becomes more laggy.
