First in a series that I won't continue until I find an easier way. I did Delaware because it only has 3 counties. In 2.1, it will take a second to calculate the right colors, because it uses more space-efficient code (Turbo Mode Solves This Problem). @bird2525, if you want to use this code for the rest of your series, you're welcome to. Just credit me! 2.2- Now uses 4 colors. That way, you can see whether something is more yellow or green.
