Title: First Day ****** I couldn't sleep. This past week has been insane. Let's recap. First, I get invited to Auradon Prep, Second, so does Lilly, my bestie, Third, I get a dorm room with Lilly! Fourth, Me and Lilly get MAL and EVIE'S OLD ROOM!!!! Like what are the odds of that?! And now we are starting school. I started up at the ceiling. Lilly already started painting, and it looked so good. I asked her to do a forest on my side. Don't get me wrong, I was ready to get some independence from my parents and village, but that doesn't mean I don't miss it. But at least Julian was here too. I wondered who his dorm-mate was. So I picked up my phone and messaged him asking if he was awake. Via - Hey, are you awake? Julian - Yeah, y r u? Via - Becuz I can't sleep Julian - Same. Did you get that dorm room with Lilly like you wanted? Via - Yup, who is your roomie? Julian - His name is Mateo Dwarf Via - Dwarf???? Julian - Yes, he's Evie's son Via - No way! Okay, add that to my list, one of my friends has a dorm room with Evie son, Mateo. This week just keeps getting crazier and crazier! ****** Beep! Beep! BEEP! Our alarm rings. "Ugh, five more minutes." I whine. "Yeah, five more minutes would be nice." Lilly agrees. Either way both of us get up and get ready for school. I go with a sky blue T-shirt, and blue jeans and white high tops. I also couldn't decide on just one necklace so I wore most of them, but it looked SO good. I put some extra things in my backpack, a hair brush, a chap stick, a scrunchie or two, and my water bottle. "You ready I asked, as me and Lilly both stood at the doorway, look ready as we'll ever be. "You bet I am." Lilly answered smiling and ready to go. We walked out of our dorm rooms and decided it was probably a good idea to go and get some breakfast. Once we found a place to eat, we also found Willow, and we invited her over to eat with us. "So how's your roomie?" I asked, I had to know. "She's, a little, unusual." She answered ME, but was looking only at Lilly. "Do you at least like your room?" Lilly answered. I saw Lilly give me a look that sent a message saying, "what's going on with her?" At least I wasn't the only one who saw it. "We'd better get going, we don't want to be late to any classes on the first day of school!" I announced. Everyone got up and grabbed their bags, and unfortunately, we all headed to different places. Me and Lilly had lunch and 6th period together, but that was it. And, honestly, I don't know if I really want a class with Willow (or her roomie for that matter) "Via!" A voice called out from behind me, "What are you doing all alone?" I turned around to see Julian and some of his friends with him. I only recognized two of the five guys, Julian and Ethan, because they're both from my village. "My friends all have different classes than me." I answered. "Maybe not, what's your homeroom?" He asked. "Ummm, Ms. Tinkerbell, faerie 101." I answered. He walked up to me, and smiled, showing his pearly white teeth, again, "You're not alone." "I'm glad to hear that," I looked to his other friends and then back to him, "Care to introduce me or no?" "Oh, my bad." He laughed, "Guys, this is Via Smith, Pocahontas and John Smith's daughter. Via this is Ethan, who you know already, this is William Leon, son of Scar, and this is Brandon von Schweetz, son of Vanellope von Schweetz, and finally Mateo Dwarf, son of Evie and Doug Dwarf." I looked at Mateo. He was handsome. Holy cow, he was handsome. "So we should probably get going now that we all know each other." Mateo jumped in, looking directly at me. "Yeah," I said, "We should."
