Just use space or click to shoot. You'll have to lead a little bit on the target since bullets do take some time to travel. Use 1-3 to change difficulty full auto is available but it eats a lot of ammo and you don't want to be left empty. Press R to Reload. Trust me Hard is indeed Hard.
I didn't make any of the sprites other than the sights and target. (not the target explosion though)
