Many EU member didn't like the idea, so they left and dismantled the EU. Germany, in a rage, tries to make the Forth Reich a reality. Many of the German States aren't happy with this either, so they are planning to leave. Berlin is all on board with this idea, Although seeing how strong Germany was, everybody agreed a sudden attack was necessary.
