The pirate of RiverClan had a daring quest he was setting out for tonight. It would take strength, grit, and courage - all things he possessed, of course. Ambling his way across the desert, he stopped as he stood on a threshold: the border. One step and he’d be leaving everything and everyone he’d ever know behind. And Vykořenitcalamity took that leap without a second thought, shooting a glance of farewell behind him as he ventured off into the night. To what? Who knows. But he was on the path to finding out. ❞ —————— if you couldn’t tell by the title, vykořenitcalamity is going to be visiting the neighboring Clans for a little while! this is something I’ve wanted to do with a character for quite some time, and by is the perfect one to do that with. he’s always wondered about the other Clans and their ways, so he’ll be Clan-hopping for a while! I am so excited for this opportunity and the chance to explore some new relationships with vicky!! [whose life is a little boring, atm] [ UHM for how long? ] undecided, at the moment! it depends on a couple factors on how long he’ll be staying in any Clan, but it shouldn’t be longer than a month for the entire trip - I’m thinking 2-3 weeks at the maximum. [ sooo what’s he going to be doing then? ] with his time split between two Clans (maybe? - still waiting on approval), I hope for vicky to be able to do the following: 1.) meet a bunch of new cats, and perhaps make some lasting relationships! these can be positive, negative, romantic, or even something else in dynamics! the dude is a social butterfly, when he wants to be, so I look forward to him meeting new cats!! 2.) learn about life in the other Clans. their schedules (eyeing WindClan rn..), their customs and ways, what they do differently than RiverClan, how they live in such a different terrain, their thoughts on RiverClan, and maybe even some secrets?? 3.) self-reflection/decide who he wants to be up until this point, vy has only had a few labels “kit”, “paw” “son”, “brother”, “apprentice”, and “warrior” (okay, so maybe a few..) but he’s beginning to think about who he wants to be. so far, he’s labeled himself the “pirate of RiverClan” but what else is there? who else is vykořenitcalamity? a dashingly handsome warrior? a treasure-hunting fool? ..a nobody? he doesn’t know who he wants to be, as he’s just been floating through life. first as a kit, looking to become an apprentice, then an apprentice looking to become a warrior. but now what? who is he now that he’s reached where he’s wanted to go? maybe meeting new faces will help him (and me!!) what his next step in life is. [ wait!! what about his family, clan, & friends?? ] so while vy is gone, no new threads will be started with any cats from RiverClan, the kittypets, the loners, or ShadowClan (since he isn’t visiting them since I have two characters between those groups and can’t have them be associated) but I will continue threads I’ve started before the trip begins and might even let ones I’ve started on the trip stretch out a bit, if I can (it’s going to depend how long he’s in the clans for length + available time) - but I’ll figure that out when I’ve started this trip for what I want to do. as for family and friends (who?? bro needs more :pray:), they’ll be notified a few days before his departure (oorp, since I ran out of time _meow_) and that is the end of my little info project on his journey!! if anyone has questions or literally anything they want to say, go ahead! and wish vyko luck!!
