added corrected a ship and added 2 portraits. When ever you select a nation you get 120 manpower and 120 iron it used to be different with some counties getting more manpower then the new manpower i put up.everyone got more iron though. Added Hungary decision. Added Serbian decision. Added new Ottoman decision.
