Here's a compilation of someone crying in ocular gushers in memory of those who died in 9/11 attacks and the World Trade Center have demolished by two planes and a tribute to the 'City of Frownsville' (one of my most hated PPG episodes). Lou Gubrious set a Mise-Ray to everyone all around the Cartooniverse and they started crying.
