Left is nothing, Up is constant flow, and Right is additive coal. PPS: You can actually quill the whistle for once!
Steam generation may take a while so you might want to use Turbo mode to speed things up! (Shift+Green Flag) As of this release I am working on a really big project. It should FULLY come out within the next month or less.
