Whether we are Republicans, Democrats, or otherwise; whether we are Jewish, Christian, or Jewish, or otherwise; whether we are male, female, or of another gender identity, we are all Americans. And with this, we honor all those who fought in the armed forces and all those who rushed to save others fearlessly and selflessly. With this, we honor the heroes that risked their lives for others.
