Okay, Im back!! This is for a banner contest held by @rmbdo14 -This was really fun to make but also kinda frustrating because the things didn't stay where I wanted them to stay loll -I used canva.com because my school blocked Pixlr.com -heres how I made it: go to Canva, create a design and go to postcard, open it up and select a background of your choice, make it fit the project, and go to transparency and blur it out as much as you want, then add all the elements you want to add and make sure you layer them -I can make more detailed instructions, comment below if I should -Well that's it for now!!!
