Axider is an anomaly that exists in versions of Scratch that are laced with malware. When these "tainted" versions of the software are installed, Axider gets access to your computer and holds it hostage; and from there it challenges you to a game. That game in specific is to make the "best game Scratch has ever seen" in under 2 hours. When you begin coding the game itself, you will only be limited to using sprites, music, and colors that are provided by default; doing anything else will end the game. Whether or not Axider gives the game approval is entirely dependent on the amount of code, sprites, and costumes you have. When the game is over, Axider is no longer in control of your computer; it later restarts by itself, along with deleting any evidence of the software being on your computers. Winning does nothing afterwards, and losing deletes a randomized amount of files.
