"I'm just getting started!" ULTRA "Electro" arrives in Dragon Ball Legends! (My bad, this ULTRA came a few months late!) This ULTRA is based off of Electro's first battle against Delta Uniqx! The first ever collab made in 2019! Could have went for either "Electro VS Hero" or "Electro VS Rex" when it comes to Base Electro and ULTRA opportunities, but I've decided to go for "Electro VS Uniqx" instead because it has the most Base Electro fighting screen time. Hes basically 99% Base in that fight.
