This is for the quadrobics contest studio! Here's the link if you'd like to join: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/35596521/comments Hello contestants and welcome to the first challenge of the contest! I chose the first one to be the long jump, because it is really fun and honestly, it gets overlooked a lot. RULES AND TIPS: -I recommend either jumping over a measuring tape or having, like, a little line or object that you are aiming to land on the other side of. This helps you motivate your body to go farther. I used a roll of gray duct tape because that was the closest thing I had with me. -Please include the measurements of the jump in inches. -If possible, get a side view of the jump like I did. This helps viewers see your form and length better. -Remember to cover your face! -If you can, make the entry a remix of this. Then add it to the studio. Your entry is due on Saturday the 28th of September, but extensions are allowed if you ask. Click the green flag for an example. My jump length was 5 ft 6 inches. I could probably do better but it's still farther than I can do on 2 legs (with the same about of running start ofc). Sorry it was kinda off camera. Video and code by me, I swear I look like a 10 year old (no hate to 10 year olds, I respect and support all ages) Good luck quadrobists, and happy long jumping! -Moth
