Requirements: Commitment - 400 units (200 for Naval Force, 50 for Coast Guard, 100 for National Police Force, 50 for Air Defense Force) Dimensions - 60 ft length, no more 50 ft width, with rotor, no more 15 ft height, no more Seating capacity - 2 pilots + 2 auxiliary crew + 16 passengers, no less Maximum speed - 160 mph, no less Maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) - 20,000 lb, no less Propulsion - Twin turboshaft engine, single or coaxial rotor Armament - Provision for pintle mount and pylon mount weapons (at least 2 pylons)
