hey guys! I'm still alive and well, not a high school drop-out, and I'm the same person haha- I know I disappeared for a while, so rest assured nothing bad has happened. that said, I understand my ghosting probably caused issues and panic (you all are literally the sweetest- I haven't checked my 91 messages yet but I saw my pf) and for that I'm very sorry. my life recently picked up pace and I've had a /lot/ going on. I'm sorry to the people I let down by disappearing when I was needed. I don't have any excuse for myself, but I do feel bad, so please forgive me. from here on out, I'll be active again, but I'm not sure if I'll be participating very much in camps or making projects- I mostly just want to keep up with my friends here. I don't want to run the risk of letting anyone else down while I'm in a leadership position. HOWEVER I do have some exciting news for you all, so get hyped for a second. I'm being 100% serious right now. go get a drink of water, take a deep breath, and pretend like it will take you longer than 5 seconds to read what I'm about to tell you because putting it into pure text truly doesn't do it justice :D ok ready? here we go... *drumroll please* *keep drumming dramatically* *maybe hold your breath a bit* I FOUND OUT I'M GETTING MY GUIDE DOG FINALLY!!!!! for those of you who don't know, I've been waiting for this on the official waitlist since may 25, 2022, and before that I was waiting to be old enough for that. basically, I've been waiting for this for *intense math calculations* 10 YEARS. so I'm a little hyped if you can't tell haha I do plan on giving you guys info about my dog but you'll have to wait a bit because training is intensive and stressful- expect info by mid-november at the latest. for now, I'd love to hear your guesses for its gender/color/etc- btw I don't know this stuff yet either but I /can/ tell you the organization I'm going through uses labs sooo anyways, once again I'm incredibly sorry to those I've let down, but hopefully I can have a fresh start here as I share this extremely special development in my life <33
