Cooldown is 60, and you can only use it when you have more than 1 heart. - Teagan: Uses 100 tapes to buy a heart. Cooldown is 100. - Sprout: Uses 100 tapes to buy a heart for another Toon. Cooldown is 100. - Gigi: Gets a random item currently in the game. Cooldown is 80. (broken :() -Flutter: Based on which direction you went, you can either go left or right, which makes you dash into that direction.
