------WHAT IS A CC?------- A CC, or coloring contest, is a contest where you color in the character. In order to submit an entry, put it in the studio titled "CCEs for my CC(s)" Due Date: Halloween RULES: Do not (majorly) change the line art. however, you may change the actual color of the outline and the shading.
