Spotlight is a fiery, red and orange tabbycat with striking, emerald green eyes. Her coat is thick—fluffier than most—and is often described as tousled and frizzy, its natural curl leading it to look incredibly unkempt. On her coat, she has an array of markings, most of which being dark spots and splotches on her flank, characteristics that gave her her prefix. Stripes accompany spots on her as well; they wrap around her back and heels and possess a similar, rusty blood orange color. She stands at a pretty average height—nine inches—and has a muscular, more robust build—weighing around eleven pounds. As for accessories, Spotlight wears red dragonfly wings behind her right ear—a reminder of her kithood, something she found when she was young—and usually has a few firefly companions hovering nearby. She has a few scars, but her most prominent one is a notch on her right ear which was gained from a Flurryclan / Urchinclan battle. In death, her green eyes and peach-colored markings turn to pink and her coat is noticeably more healthy and clean. . ·˚ * ✧.* ✦ Overview <3 ☚ ╺ Spotlight, as a kitten, on September 17th, 2024, was found somewhere outside Flurryclan along with her three siblings—Dirtpaw, Bughug, and Grasspaw—and was brought into Flurryclan by an elder named Mudpuddle. She lived through the reign of four different Flurryclan leaders—Bassstar, Crustaceanstar, Marigoldstar, and Dazzlingstar—and remained a loyal Flurryclan warrior throughout her entire life. On February 15, 2025, Spotlight died on her way back from exploring unknown territory with Dazzlingstar, Jollyflare, and Treedrift from wounds due caused by a scuffle with a badger. . ·˚ * ✧.* ✦ Personality :D ☚ ╺ Spotlight is a loyal, fierce, and competitive Flurryclan warrior. She values what she thinks is right above all else, which can result in some cats finding her "stubborn.” Spot won't hesitate to defend her ideas and push back against others, even if it seems risky. If she has made up her mind, getting her to sway on a matter is difficult; she doesn't like admitting defeat. Spotlight doesn't respond to grief or upset well. Often, she'll bury negative feelings and lash out at those close to her if overwhelmed. Usually, she pulls through as a good friend. The goal of doing “right,” behaving compassionately, acting like a good Flurryclan warrior would, inspires most of her decisions. . ·˚ * ✧.* ✦ Relationships! ☚ Relatives ╺ Brother, Bughug, ...
