I animated the flag very well and it looks good Constitution: The celestial bodies on the heavens bear witness to this event, for on the Ninth of July, Two-Thousand and Twenty-Four Anno Domini, this document creates a nation independent from any States that occupy the territory of which the nation claims. STATE The nation shall be called the People’s Commonwealth of Tidewater, officially abbreviated to PCT. We stand for four core values, those being freedom, justice, peace, and equality. We are a democratic republic of the people, for the people, and by the people. Our motto shall be “Workers of the world, unite!” Our national anthem shall be Hold the Fort. The title of the head of state shall be Head Comrade. Our state ideology shall be that of Marxism. We shall not have a political party system. Decisions and ideas are to be made by people, not groups. We declare ourselves sovereign from the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our official demonym is Tidean, however we are all comrades under the eyes of the State. FREEDOMS All Comrades of the State, no matter their religion, race, gender, or sexual orientation, are entitled to certain unalienable rights that may not be revoked from them under any circumstances. The same rights are guaranteed to foreign nationals that are on soil controlled by the State. All comrades are guaranteed the rights to freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of peaceful demonstration against the State, and freedom of privacy. All comrades are guaranteed the rights to be free from exploitation, freedom from unemployment, freedom from homelessness, freedom from starvation, and freedom from unjust process of the law. All comrades are guaranteed the rights to housing, education, employment, healthcare, and equality. It is the responsibility of the State and its organs to bestow the previously listed rights upon its Comrades. GOVERNMENT The State shall be a three-branch system, featuring an executive branch, a legislative branch, and a judicial branch. Each branch, along with the population as a whole, will have checks and balances in place to ensure that neither branch has too much power. EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE STATE The role of the Executive Branch of the State is to execute the demands of the Comrades of the State, while being held in check by the Judicial Branch of the State, the Legislative Branch of the State, and the Comrades of the State. The Executive Branch may only pass legislation that has been approved by the Legislative Branch of the State and Comrades of the State, and falls in line with the observations of the Judicial Branch of the State. The head of the Executive Branch of the State is the Head Comrade, with his second-in-command being the Deputy Comrade. In the event the Head Comrade is unable to fulfill their duties, the Deputy Comrade will step in to fill the position. Both Head Comrade and Deputy Comrade will serve for a term of five years. To serve as Head Comrade or Deputy Comrade, one must be a minimum of thirty years of age, a maximum of seventy years of age, and have lived in the nation for at least fifteen years. They must not be convicted of any felonies, or been declared an Enemy of the State in the past. They may run as many times as they wish, but once they win, they cannot run again. The Head Comrade and Deputy Comrade are elected by a simple majority vote of the people. If there are more than two candidates, several series of votes will be held, and the candidate with the smallest amount of votes is removed from the race. The Executive Branch is in charge of nine Bureaus, those being: Bureau of Economics Bureau of Foreign Affairs Bureau of Defense Bureau of Justice Bureau of Labor Bureau of Education Bureau of Health Bureau of Infrastructure Bureau of Environment These Bureaus are each in charge of their namesake areas, and are each led by a Bureau Head, who is selected by the Head Comrade and approved by the National Assembly of the Workers. Each Bureau Head will serve for a five-year term. They may serve up to three times under different Head Comrades, but then they may no longer be elected to the position of Bureau Head. The order of succession, after the Deputy Comrade, will fall in the order that the Bureaus are listed. These Bureau heads, along with the Head and Deputy Comrades, form the Executive Comradeship. It is their job to oversee the actions of the Executive Branch. There are three levels to the Bureaus: federal, district, and local. The Local Bureau has authority over the small county or city it governs. The District Bureau has authority over the district, in addition to the counties and cities that are within it. The Federal Bureau has authority over the entire nation, meaning all districts, counties, and cities. The Executive Branch will only have power vested into it as long as the Comrades of the State are content with its usefulness and reliability.
My opinions on the flag: This flag is good, but like, a plain v flag? At least put the star seal or something like that on it, and give it some more color and flair, if you are fine with it, i'll post a better flag imo
