౨ৎ 40 Horsey Questions 1) Do you like horses: A: I love horses. Full stop. Nothing can change my mind. 2) Have you ever ridden a pony/horse? A: Yesss 3) What is your favorite pony/horse breed? A: For ponies maybe brumbies and welsh mountain ponies? And for horses maybe arabians, quarter horses, thoroughbreds, warmbloods and any type of draft horse! So yea, I have a LOT of favourites! 4) How is your favourite pony/horse called? A: My favourite horses are Twinkle and Cowgirl and my favourite pony is Onyx! 5) Do you own your own pony/horse? A: No :( 6) Have you ever tried horse treats? A: Nah, but I almost...XD 7) Have you ever fallen of a horse, if yes explain how? A: Yes, technically twice but I don't think falling off bareback counts XD. So for my actual fall it was I landed after a jump unbalanced and I just kinda...slid off. I'm lucky it didn't hurt. 8) What is your favourite horse gate? A: Probably canter, since you go quite fast and you feel free, yet it's also smooth and controlled. Galloping sounds like so much fun tho... 9) English or Western? A: English, though Western sounds like so much fun! 10) Best memory with a pony/horse? A: Hmm...one was on my birthday and we took Onyx to the beach and I rode her bareback- it was so much fun! Then another was a pony named Chilli just trotting up to me and giving me a kiss on the shoulder, which was adorable! The final one was probably cantering and jumping for the first time on Cowgirl. 11) First pony/horse you ever ridden and tell me how it went! A: Charm! The second time I rode her she bucked lol, and it was revealed she'd just had enough so amazingly one of my relatives actually recruited her! 12) Who is your horse riding inspiration? A: U won't probs know them, but the Wilson sisters (Amanda, Kelly and Vicki). 13) Would you rather clean your room or muck out 3 stables? A: idk, because i have never mucked out a stable. So i guess my room? 14) Do you wear body protector when riding? A: Nothing but boots and a helmet 15) Do you put boots on your horse when you ride? If so, what kind? A: Nah 16) Diamantés or no? A: Diamantés! 17) What colour(s) suits your horse/favourite horse the best for saddle pads/rugs etc? A: Probs pink, purple and yellow! 18) What height is your horse/favourite horse? A: 14.2hh :D 19) What breed is your horse/favourite horse? A: Hmm Onyx is a Timor pony, Cowgirl is a Quarter horse and Twinkle is a Dutch Warmblood x Thoroughbred! 20) Highest jump you have ever jumped? A: 70cm! It was quite eventful, actually- I almost fell off! 21) Most advanced dressage movement you’ve done? A: Probably a passage or flying change I don't do much dressage lol 22) Brown or black tack? A: Black, but I like brown too! 23) Do you think everyone should ride with a helmet? A: Yes! Especially if it's a new horse or an inexperienced horse- you never know if they'll act out! (Me who once forgot to wear my helmet) 24) Have you ever taught a lesson? A: No, but I have helped out on horsey holiday camps! Sometimes I also give advice as well. 25) How many horses have you owned? A: ZERO...but one day ill have one...hopefully. 26) Worst horse riding injury? A: Does mental count? Bc once my horse bolted and almost bucked me off, gave me a big scare. Usually when something happens I remain calm and in control, but back then I remember just holding on for dear life. I was quite inexp back then. 27) How long have you been riding for? A: 4 years, but 2 years if you're only counting actual lessons. 28) How often do you take lessons? A: Every Saturday/Sunday! I actually have one tomorrow:D 29) How old is your horse/favorite horse? A: Twinkle is 2 years old and Cowgirl is 22! Onyx I think was like about 11 I think? Maybe 10? 30) Favourite colour of horse? A: Tough! I really love all, but I do really like roans, paints, chestnuts, greys and bays! And also black since that's the colour of both Onyx and Cowgirl :) 31) Tell me your favourite thing about your horse/favourite horse! A: For Cowgirl, I like how she is very clever and tries to challenge you. For Onyx, she's always relaxed and takes care of her rider, and for Twinkle, I like how's she's so mischievous! 32) Where do you ride? A: Somewhere 33) Indoor or outdoor arena? A: Outdoor! Never done indoor, but I like outdoor cuz I think it feels more free and natural. Plus u can feel the light wind on your face, it's nice! 34) Have you ever gone to the beach with your horse/favourite horse? A: Yes with Onyx! 35) What is a dream you want to do with a horse? A: Probably gallop full speed in the beach or big field, or moonlight rides. 36) What is your favourite horse book? A: Hmm... Black Beauty, War Horse, the Silver Brumby and the Black Stallion to name a few. 37) Dressage or jumping? A: Jumping! It's so fun! 38) Ponies or Horses? A: Horses, but ponies are still good. 39) Do you wear gloves when riding? A: Nope lol 40) Have you ever been to pony camp? A: Yes, best experience ever!
