Across Time: 1600s Chapter 1, The Beginning

Sooooooooooo, I was looking at book then I had an idea for a book to write. The idea was that there would be 3 kids, 2 boys and 1 girl, they would be in the 1600s and would find a box, in that box was a book, and in that book was a load of magicy stuff. (I already know how it's going to end but I won't tell you) Introduction Hello, I am Xxxx Xxxxxx-Xxxxx. Hmmm, it appears that I cannot tell you my real name, well that's okay! I shall use a pseudonym, how about, . . . ., Waffles! You can call me Waffles! The reason I am here is because YOU, the reader, need to know about the stories of these kids through the ages. What kids, you ask? Well, I'm about to tell you. Chapter 1 The Beginning A long, long, LOOOONG time ago, approximately the 1610s, there were triplets named Alice, Edward, and Thomas Miller. They all were 12 years old, 5-ish ft tall, and very skinny. They all had red-ish brown hair and very blue eyes. Alice had long, straight hair in a very pretty braid. Her dress was red and white, but it was stained with dirt from helping on the farm. Edward and Thomas both had short curly hair, but Thomas kept it under hat most of the time. Their outfits were brown, yet you could still see stains. They were all peasants looking something more interesting than farming. The triplets lived in a small house with their mother and father. Though the house was small their farm was not, it was actually quite big. About as big as 8 blue whales laying back-to-back. I might not seem big but coming from a person who has wrestled 3 blue whales at once, it's huge. The farm contained cows, chickens, carrots, hay, pigs, and much more stuff that would be on a farm. Their parents sold all of these to the neighborhood market. Because the farm was so big, the triplets had to help tend the crops and the animals. They were very bored and very tired, for there were no weekends to rest. I could not live without weekends because then I would not be able to have time to write this very important tale. Now you know who the characters are and where they live and all of the stuff you learn in the beginning of a book. -Waffles
