UPDATE: No, it isn't a female lol. Just a very pretty male bird. He is a Chinese Buton Quail. The egg belongs to his friend. (Fun fact: male Buton Quail sometimes help the females by sitting on the eggs to keep them warm.) By the way, the species name is spelled incorrectly so I don't get flagged. Apparently, Scratch thinks it's against the community guidelines (: ---------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for offering to work on a profile picture. It is a blessing and I can't wait to have it! If you end up not making it, I will be slightly disappointed, but that's okay. Don't feel pressured. So, I have this teeny quail named Teedledoo. ;) (I can't include the whole bird species name, as Scratch thinks it is against the guidelines. You can draw Teedledoo however. (Some flowers around my birdie would be appreciated.) Thank you so much @egghogy.
