Strategy: Phase 1: 3 GMPs, Counter his pre-attack animation for a star, then block his punch, do three punches, repeat for the second punch. Then on the third punch, block, punch twice, star. Do 2 GMPs, Duck the first uppercut, do a delayed punch after for a star, repeat for the second uppercut, and then use a star into the third one for the knockdown. Phase 2: Counter his pre-attack animation for a star, then block, punch, star for his first jab, repeat for the 2nd jab for the knockdown. Phase 3: Counter his pre-attack animation for a star, then block, punch 3 times for his first two jabs. Finally, block, punch, star for his 3rd jab for the last knockdown.
One small mistake I made was the order of the punches in phase 3 (used the star after his first punch which lost some time) so this is improvable.
