Play on Turbowarp!!! https://turbowarp.org/1071168790?fps=60&offscreen ------------------------------------------------------------------------- TL;DR: this is an incomplete project, controls are at the bottom. Hello everyone! 3 years ago, I released a project called "Random planet generator". It became my most popular project, and I planned multiple updates for it. However, after releasing v1.1, I lost interest in it and Scratch altogether as I moved onto real programming languages (C++ and then Java). I have now revisited my old idea, and I plan to release a completely new and improved version of "Random planet generator". I don't know how often I'll update it, but, as you can see, I've learned 3d since last time I coded on this website, so...yay, I guess? Controls: arrows or mouse to look around, w, a, s, d, q and e to move. Click on the green flag to generate a planet with the new parameters (ie radius or number of segments). Entering surface mode, as of right now, picks a random suface (Earth, Mars with clouds, terraformed Mars and other planets you can add) and allows you to scan (by pressing the appropriate button or the space key) a determined area of the map (indicated by the red box), which then becomes the new surface of the planet. To observe the new planet, all you have to do is return to planet mode. Adding new planet surfaces can be simply done by uploading an image to the list of costumes of the backdrop (the new costume mustn't be costume #1).
This project is made of 8500+ blocks! Everything was thought up and coded by me except for the fast color scanner (Griffpatch). ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Controls: arrows or mouse to look around, w, a, s, d, q and e to move.
