Hello everyone! I know the school year is going on rn, so I thought, "How about I make a study sesh playlist for scratchers out there?" I just want you to know, if you are super stressed about studying for a test or have a bucketload of assignments to finish, this is a reminder that it's gonna be all right. <3 Try breaking it into chunks, and make sure not to stress yourself to the point where you are unable to sleep. Tips for studying: • Have some water nearby - take a sip every once in a while to help boost your brain! • Grab some herbal tea! This can help you feel calmer, and it just tastes great! • Make sure to have a light snack - using your brain a lot can make you hungry! • Have a blanket or a stuffy. A pet would work too, as a warm and cozy study buddy! • And remember - you are amazing and great, and I believe in you! Keep it up! :D <3
