The Chinese Sichuan "Zhong" Dumplings, named after their inventor Zhong Shaobai (钟少白), date back to the late Qing Dynasty in the early 1900s. Shaobai was a skilled chef in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and he came up with this unique dumpling dish highlighting a spicy, sweet, and salty sauce that sets it apart from other dumplings. The dish became popular for its delicate balance of flavors and soft dumpling wrappers, and it is now widely accepted as a classic Sichuan dish. ════════════════════════════════ ┃ ɪɴsᴛʀuᴄᴛɪᴏɴs Click on the green flag and watch! I know I probably did some stuff wrong, but this is just something I do for fun so I don't plan on being perfect on it. You can view the drawing here on my main account: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1071281330 Since I just went on a trip to Sichuan Province, China this summer, I thought it would be nice to draw this delicious bowl of dumplings for fun (˶ ‾᷄﹃‾᷅˵) And yes, I know the shadow of the roses looks really weird but I didn't know how to properly do it, so it came out like that lol. Also, my tablet was acting up so you might notice some weird random stuff. ════════════════════════════════ ┃ ᴄʀᴇᴅɪᴛs • music: Ancestral Tradition by Jaya Satria • click to zoom coding by @Colorsnatch • art made by me on ibisPaint X • thumbnail made by me on Canva ════════════════════════════════ ┃ ᴛᴀɢs #all #art
