If so, what is it? Characters first. Create your characters first then slowly reveal through out the story. (that's just something i like to do sometimes to make it easier.) Q14: What's your favourite book/series? The Never After series by Melissa De La Cruz!!! (if you haven't read it you totally should it SO SO SO GOOD!!!!!! I'm doing a review on the series when the finally book is out! So you can look forwards to that!) Q15: Do you believe in writers block? Yes! I hate it! Q16: What about reader's block? I HAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTEEEEE reader's bock it's SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much worse than writers block! Q17: Do you like putting references in your stories? (references to other books, a movie, songs, etc) No Q18: Do you like writing chapter books? It's not a book for me if it doesn't AT LEAST 20 chapters. But I haven't WROTE a chapter book yet. No Q21: Do you find it hard to write characters with a different gender to you? Yeah, it can be to me a little bit. Q22: Writing in a notebook or writing on google docs? I like both! Q23: What do you think is the best thing for someone to do when they get writers block? Just give yourself a break, come back to it another time. Q24: When did you realize you wanted to be a writer? Last year actually. I love reading and I have always have, but it was last year I took an elective called creative writing and discovered I like creating stories! Q25: Do you have a lot of OCs? Where? (on scratch no) Q26: Do you have a lot of stories you are writing? Nope, not currently Q27: What's the most difficult part of planning a story? Coming up with a original idea that interests your readers to continue reading at the start. Q28: Do you do journaling? I have a diary. Q29: Do you write in one specific way/theme, or lots of different ways/themes? e.g. fantasy, third person, non-fiction, first person, second person, fiction, etc I like to write in third person. I'm like to write in a lot of genres tho. Q30: Do you find it hard to write the first chapter/ prologue? ngl it's the toughest part for me. Q31: Have you drawn your characters before? Q37: Have you tried writing in a new way before? I try to figure out what i'm comfortable with and stick to it with everything honestly. Q38: What, in your opinion, is the most fun theme to write about? (not genre. A theme is like war, coming of age, good vs evil, family, etc) good v.s evil Q39: Have you written characters with sad backstories? Yeah, one of my best stories is a horror story (I wrote it when I was mad) Q40: Have you ever written yourself in a story?
