their names are Mia and Michael, they are twins so they come as a set, Mia is the brunette and Michael is the ginger (not their official outfits)
they are both villains, imma write their backstories here, first they are artificial humans, AKA they were not created normally, i mean they were made in a lab in a test tube, with 20 other kids, they were created to make the perfect war weapon, so when they all got their quirks, only 4 were quirkless, so they were killed, so when the rest got their words, they got put through so much testing and torture about 8 of them died in that stage, Mia and Michel's quirks are making portals and telekinesis, but Michael can't control his telekinesis, and Mia can't control the portals one, later when Mia turned 8, she was "defiant" so they were gonna kill her off, till Mia got the gist of them (btw since they were created to be war weapons they are physically better then an organic one) so she basically started her insane spree, and so to keep her in check they used Michael as a: "if you be defiant we kill him" kind of thing so years later when they turned 12, they were the last 2, they were gonna fight to the death till Mia escaped and burned down the lab and escaped with Michael, and because of the lab system they have they have to hide from basically the government, so they just decided: "f##k it we will become villains" so they did but they aren't apart of the L.O.V. they are apart of a group with 2 other people (my gf's ocs) and it's called the M.M.Y. they mostly do villain stuff for fun
