Both have to be together to be stable as Chip will always be too thoughtless and Fluff will be too shy, but together they are balanced. If you see one the other is always nearby. Both need to be trained before their powers become too much and they become reckless(needless to say Chip will be the first) their powers are too much to handle. They stay mostly in cities scampering around with others not knowing many around them are like them. Powerful yet have not discovered so. Chip and Fluff both must come together and find a trainer before both lose control and become stripped of their demi-powers.
