He came from a odd arcade machine somehow found inside of (some type of hotel thing idk) when you get close he will come outside the arcade machine and start chasing you until next room (this is probably not gonna get accepted because of how the mechanic looks) sound doesn’t work for some reason so you have to check inside of the background
