PERSONALITY: Malik is a jealous individual, while being very intelligent in the arts of engineering, Malik struggles with not being perfect, thinking of himself as "Weak" he has taken to extreme lengths to get stronger, none involving actual training. He gets extremely envious of people who he deems are "Better" than him, even if he himself is mostly unaware of it. While usually quiet, Malik holds a lot of grudges. BACKSTORY: Malik was born in a normal village to normal parents, living most of his life helping out his parents in the family business of engineering, he had become quite adept at it. However his true dream is to become a hero, someone who people see as amazing, and he thought living here would not cut it, so he decided to leave for Brightkeep (To the shock of his parents, who still think he's missing.), however once he tried to apply for a rescue agency, he realized that he was painfully weak. After trying many methods (None of them working.) He decided that enough was enough. One day while rummaging through his father's old blueprints that he was gifted before he left, he found it, his key to power. G.L.O.V.E: This robotic "Hand" that fits a Heliolisk perfectly was conceptualized by Malik's father. Malik's father eventually scrapped the project, thinking it was nothing more than a weapon with no other use. He gave it to Malik alongside other things on his 19th Birthday. Malik gave it no attention until after being rejected by the Rescue Agency. After seeing it's potential, he decided to go through building it, eventually making Version "0" of the G.L.O.V.E, however, he saw that to get its powers, he would have to cut off his hand to fit G.L.O.V.E. And he did so with no hesitation. G.L.O.V.E's Abilities: The G.L.O.V.E was designed to help a Electric type gain enhanced control over energy and electricity. With Malik being generally underwhelming in most departments, G.L.O.V.E has allowed him to become a challenging foe, even if it's jut a prototype right now. CURRENT MODEL: Version "0" (Prototype.) MODEL CAPABILITIES: -Enhanced Electricity Management -Enhanced Physical Stats (Thanks to the greater electricity management that G.L.O.V.E provides, more electricity can be used to power himself up, and thanks to the energy converter, the power boost is bigger.) -Electricity to energy converter. Attacks shot out by a G.L.O.V.E user are converted from simple electricity to the energy that moves like generic Normal type "energy" moves use (While still keeping its electric type properties, strengths, and weaknesses.). This improves its general strength and potency, while also opening up new tactics. Other: -Malik's favourite food is anything with orange. -Even with everything that G.L.O.V.E provides, Malik is still generally inexperienced and somewhat of a weak fighter, and because it's a prototype, it definitely has a few...quirks that can be exploited. -Works at the same rescue agency Morry does, they tolerate each other at best. -He's the assistant there, usually working odd jobs for the boss. -G.L.O.V.E is not as complex as one might think, it was built using spare parts and a heliolisk's natural abilities. -still jealous he hasn't gone on an actual mission lol (POTHS is made by Pikakit!)
