Added some simple things like Goombas, Coins and Walk Dust, and Grid Spawning
There's a weird hitbox glitch where when you can't crouch walk through the gap between ground and the first black rectangle, and if you turn on the ShowHitbox, you can crouch walk through it again Not sure why it happens but it's probably a Scratch sprite glitch and may not be possible to fix
