CHAPTER 5: Lunch time! After class it was lunch,I didn't sit by anyone, and no one sat by me, Which is fine by me, buuuut, Jackson and his friends threw paper at me while i ate. I was very annoyed about it, so I threw my sandwich at them…they ate it- If I learned anything from that lunch it's that boys are GROSS! Since I threw my sandwich at them I didn't eat lunch, “STUPID!” I told myself a little too loud. Someone appeared behind me and dropped a slice of cake in front of me. I looked up, it was a Boy, who looked a little older than me. “Uh, hi?” I said as I scooted over, “No, you're fine there!” He said as he sat down next to me “Oookay..” I said drinking water. He slid down the cake to me and got up and left. “THANKS I GUESS!” I yelled at him as he left, I looked at Jackson and stuck my tongue out at him, but before I did I saw him watching the guy to gave me the cake. “Do you know who that is?!” Jackson asked me scooting in front of me, “No…who?'' I asked starting to eat my cake. “THAT WAS BRAYDEN O’SALLY! THE COOLEST KID IN SCHOOL!” Jackson and his friends told me at the same time. “Okay? Should I care?” I asked, while taking a bite. “Ooo! This is a good cake!” I said pointing at the cake with my fork “DID HE GIVE THAT TO YOU?!!” Jackson asked me moving his hand toward my cake like it was holy. “Yes, now GET AWAY JACKSON!” I moved it away from him. The kid who gave me the cake came back to sit “Hey again, Do you mind if i sit by you? My table is all full.” He asked me “YES YOU CAN SIT BY ME!” Jackson yelled at him. Me and the ‘Coolest’ kid in school looked at Jackson confused. “I was asking Cecilla here Jason…” The kid said and turned to me and asked again if he could sit down. “Uh, yeah sure, its a free country” I told him. “Thanks Cilla” The kid smiled slightly, then sat next to me. “How do you..” I began to ask then ate some cake “How do you know my name?” i asked with a few cake bits flying out of my mouth, “I asked the front office, i hope that's okay” he said “I'm Brayden O’Sally” Brayden told me and put out his hand, I shook it. CHAPTER 6: Made a new friend at Lunch After a few minutes of talking to Brayden, I looked at Jackson and the rest of the table, they were all looking at us. “One sec Brayden,” I said interrupting him “DOES THIS HAPPEN EVERY LUNCH?!” i asked him “Eh, about everywhere i go sadly” Brayden said with a weak smile. I pushed some cake to him “Want some? Someone gave it to me” He grinned at me “Nah, i got my own!” He got a slice from his backpack “How did you get so much?!” I asked him peeking into his backpack looking for more cake. “I know the lunch ladies, they're pretty nice.” he says and takes out another slice of cake and gives it to me “For the new student” He said in a silly voice, I laughed. I looked over at Jackson and he was watching us closely with a frown, I slid him a slice of cake, “Here you go.. Jason.” I said with a small smile, “Thanks Cecilia” Jackson said with a real smile.
