The long haired he with an orange pelt lifted his head, his eyes narrowed and tired. “Hey, Tangerine, the suns up.” The orange he would nudge the calico next to him. “Five more minutes, Christopher..” The calico would groan, turning over to her side. “Yeah, listen to tangerine, Christopher..” Mumbled the cream colored he. “Oh, yalls are just a bunch of lazy mice. I am looking at you, Sparrow.” Christoper would look at the cream colored cat with a small glare. A full black cat lifts her head up. “I'm up, Christopher.” She'd chirp in. “See guys?” Christopher would point at the black cat. “Nectar is blind and yet she wakes up earlier than you guys.” “I dont think being blind has anything to do about this, mouse-brain” Sparrow would raise his eyebrow at Christoper. “Can you big noisy cat keep it down?” The black and white cat would stand up, their fur on end. “I was having the most wonderful drea-” “No one cares, Midnight.” Sparrow would look at Midnight with a straight face. “Well then.” Midnight would spit. “But Christopher is right. We should really wake up.” Nectar would smile softly with a soothing voice. “It's a beautiful day today, as I can feel the sunlight on my fur.” Christopher would smile, feeling a warmth from the sun. “So, what's on the agenda today?” --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- End of Chp 1
