For Round 3, the final round you will be coding the whole application along with creating the UI. Round 3 will last until November 1st, so all teams will have 1 whole month to create the best application, NO EXTENTIONS WILL BE GRANTED WHATSOEVER. To those who are wondering why Kodohito 4 only has 3 rounds, I'll explain to you here. Having a lot of rounds will almost always cause people to lose interest in the competition.
