if u press m in the menu thing u can mute the music (if it aint obvious) box force is how fast you gain strength on your punch, and how hard the balloon gets sent back when you hit it, that meaning upgrading your box force and your max box force is necessary. and upgrading your punch size upgrades the size on your punching fist, meaning it is not necessary, but recommended to upgrade your punch size for a bit of an AOE upgrade
